Erik was a very impressive boar that had already been moved to the breeding pen at Flistad to become a Junior Herd Sire
Big framed, extra long bodied; he is very well balanced with ample width and depth
Long faced, long necked and very level designed; he is very maternal appearing
His bone is stout yet flat and clean
Erik has very correct angles to his front and rear legs along with excellent foot size and function
With a total Breeding Value of 126 he is particularly strong in Production Traits (117 Index) and Leg Conformation (109)
His sire took only 121 days to 100 kg and sports excellent indexes of 129 for Production, 113 for Mothering Ability and 111 for Leg Conformation
The dam of 471 averaged 14.5 born alive, 11.5 weaned and 143 lb litter weight for her first 4 parities.  She has outstanding indexes of 145 for Breeding Value and 142 for Fertility
